Cancel Pepper Account

In order to cancel your Pepper Account, you will need to go to the "Account Settings" tab in your Pepper Dashboard. Click here to learn how to navigate to the Pepper Dashboard.

1.  Click on the "Account Settings" tab in your Pepper Dashboard. 

2.  Click on the blue button that says "Manage Plan". 

3.  Click on the red button that says "I want to cancel my account...". 

4.  A box will pop-up asking, "Are you sure?". If you are sure you would like to cancel your account, click on the blue button that says "Yes, cancel it!". 

5.  Once you have cancelled your account, we would greatly appreciate your feedback! Send a message to support@dreambig.media and let us know why you cancelled your account.
