How do I know if my Canned Responses are working correctly?

If you are inside of Facebook Messenger, you will know your Canned Responses are working correctly when you can see the message being inputted into your message box. 

The Canned Responses should not send automatically, we designed it this way so you can have one more chance to edit your message before it sends.
