Change Subscription Plan

In order to change your subscription plan, you will need to go to the "Account Settings" tab in your Pepper Dashboard. Click here to learn how to navigate to the Pepper Dashboard.

1.  Click on the "Account Settings" tab in your Pepper Dashboard. 

2.  Click on the blue button that says "Manage Plan". Pepper will open up to the "Subscription Plan" tab from here you can choose to upgrade or downgrade your account.

1.  Click on the green button that says "Upgrade" to upgrade your account. 

2.  Select the new subscription plan you would like to upgrade to.

3.  A box will pop up asking you if you are sure you would like to upgrade your account. If you are sure, click on the small square next to "Yes, I am sure" and then press the blue button that says "Yes, change my subscription plan!". 

4.  A message will appear telling you your subscription has been updated. 

1.  Click on the gray tab that says "Pay annually". 

2.  Click on the Pepper Yearly picture.

3.  A new tab will open up the payment page so you can fill in your information. 

4.  Click on the orange button that says "Complete My Order".

1.  Click on the gray button that says "Downgrade". 

2.  Select the plan you would like to downgrade to.

3.  A box will pop up asking you if you are sure you would like to downgrade your account. If you are sure, click on the small square next to "Yes, I am sure" and then press the blue button that says "Yes, change my subscription plan!". 

4.  A message will appear telling you your subscription has been updated.
