Leads Tab

The "Leads" tab in the Pepper Dashboard allows you to see all of the leads Pepper has found for you based off of the Campaign templates you've created. This is also the queue for the Run Campaign feature and is how Pepper determines who to send Friend Requests and Outbound Messages to next.

1.  Click on the "Leads" tab. 

2.  Click on the blue button that says "Load Leads Data". 

1.  A search bar to filter through your Pepper leads. 

2.  Your Total Leads Count.  This number shows you the Total Lead count from all of your Pepper templates for all-time.  This does not mean "Total Available Leads" that Pepper can start new chats with as she may have already started chats with some of the leads previously.

2.  A remove button to bulk remove people from your Leads tab. 

3.  The name of each Pepper lead.  Click their name to open up their Facebook profile.

4.  The date the lead was found on. 

5.    The positive keyword match Pepper used to find this lead from the Outbound Message Template.

6.   The Campaign template this lead was found through.  This will determine what Outbound Message is sent to this lead. You may also bulk change the Campaign the individual is supposed to receive by clicking on the small white box to the left of the individuals name and then clicking on the blue "Change Campaign" button that appears next to the blue button to bulk remove leads.

7.   The date and time the Outbound Message and friend request was sent.  If the Outbound Message or friend request was not sent to a lead yet, it will be displayed as "--", but when it has been sent, it will appear as follows:

8.   The option to remove/delete the person from the "Leads" table and queue. This will prevent Pepper from sending the person a Friend Request or Outbound Message, but it will not remove them or block them on Facebook.

Once you remove a lead from this table, it will reduce the Total Leads count from your Leads table.
