Can I open up multiple tabs of the dashboard and run multiple features simultaneously? 

Yes, Pepper allows you to be able to run multiple features at the same time. It will not affect the way Facebook sees your profile because we have added sufficient break times (1-3 minutes) in between each action Pepper is running.
