Step 1: Navigating to the Pepper CRM

The Pepper CRM is located in Facebook Messenger. The CRM only works on the website for Facebook Messenger and will not work in the app. 

Navigate to the Pepper CRM from Facebook

1.  Click on the Pepper Google Chrome extension. 
2.  Click "CRM" at the bottom of the Pepper extension. This will bring you to Messenger.
3.  Click on the Pepper Google Chrome extension again once Messenger opens up. 
4.  Pepper will then open to the CRM.

    Navigate to the Pepper CRM from Messenger.com

    1.  Go to Messenger.com. 
    2.  Log into your Facebook account. 
    3.  Click on the Pepper Google Chrome extension once Messenger opens up. 
    4.  Pepper will open to the CRM.
