Create a Broadcast Message

A Broadcast Message allows you to bulk message your clients in a fast and easy way! First, you need to create tags in your CRM. In order to create a broadcast message, you will need to go to the "Broadcast" tab in your Pepper Dashboard.

1.  Click on your Pepper Google Chrome extension.  

2.  Click on "Dashboard". 

3.  Click on the "Broadcast" tab.

4.  Click on the blue button that says "New Broadcast".

5.  Create a name for your Broadcast Message. It is for your own organizational needs and no customer/prospect will be able to see the name. 

6.  Select your audience by clicking on the box next to the tag or tags of who you would like to receive the message. You can select as many tags as you would like when creating a Broadcast Message. The tags correspond to the ones created in your CRM. Please note once you save the message, you cannot change the audience or tags of who will receive the message.

7.  Write the Broadcast Message an individual will receive once you run the Broadcast feature. In your Broadcast Message you can use this short code, {firstname}, so the person will receive a personalized message with their name. 

8.  Press the blue button that says "Create Campaign" to save the Broadcast message.
