Step 3: Upload Your Tax Form

Once you have created an affiliate account and selected your payout method, you are ready to upload your tax form. Both a payout method and tax form are required in order to receive your commissions. If are a United States citizen you will need to fill out a W-9 form and if are not a United States citizen you will need to fill out a W-8BEN form. 

2.  Fill out your tax form completely including an identification number and your signature. Then, save the document to your computer.

3.  Upload your tax form by clicking on the gray button that says "Select W-9 form" if you are a US citizen or by clicking on the gray button that says "Select W-8BEN form" if you are not a US citizen.

4.  Click on the gray button that says "Save".
