Submitting a Pepper Bug

No one is perfect, even us! Although we strive to make Pepper run without any complications, sometimes there are bugs. A bug means something is not working properly.

Before reporting a bug we ask you try the following steps:
  • Step 1: Try refreshing your page.
  • Step 2: Turn off other Google Chrome Extensions as sometimes they can interfere with Pepper.
  • Step 3: Close out your Google Chrome tabs and start with a fresh slate.
  • Step 4: Contact us. We are here to help! Email us at support@dreambig.media. The ideal email should include the following information: a description of the bug and a screen recording of the issue using the "inspect console" feature. Learn how to use the "inspect console" feature by watching the video or following the steps below.

Screen Record Using the "Inspect Console" Feature

1.  Right click on your mouse. 
2.  Scroll down to the "inspect" tab.
3.  Press the console tab at the top of the coding screen. 
4.  Record your video while completing the task.
