Send Broadcast Messages

After creating a broadcast message you are ready to start sending them out! With a click of a button Pepper will start sending out your message. As Pepper sends a message to everyone in the specific tag or tags you selected, a new tab will open up showing the message that has been sent to the person in Facebook Messenger. You will receive a message telling you your message has been sent. If you hover over Pepper's favicon in the lower left hand corner as she is running, you can see how many people are in the specific tag or tags you selected. 

1.  Click on the green button that says "Run Campaign" when you are finished creating your Broadcast Message. Please note this will also save the message for you and it will appear in the list of all of your Broadcast Message templates. 

1.  Click on the play icon next to the Broadcast message you would like to send. You can also resume sending a Broadcast message by clicking this button. Please note Pepper will not send the same message to a person who has already received it. 

1.  Click on the "x" in the upper right hand corner on the speech bubble above Pepper's favicon.

2.  Click on "stop" when asked if you sure you want to stop sending Broadcast Messages.
